Behavioral healthcare placement / legal liaison support
We can help you identify the best behavioral healthcare resources that you qualify for such as luxury treatment centers, outpatient programs, Vivitrol Providers, Psychiatrists, and more. We can coordinate with your legal counsel in obtaining documentation to support your voluntary commitment for your recovery.
Extended Case Management
We offer extended recovery resources following a release from jail or in patient rehab centers. Often times many people attempting to achieve sobriety may find success in jails or institutions only to return back to the same unhealthy home environment they were in before. We offer:
-Continued resource placement: Keeping you connected with Psychiatrists, Doctors, Out Patient Centers, Sober Livings, and recovery services in your area such as 12 step meetings.
-Holding you accountable to your aftercare plan: Regular follow-ups with you to ensure you are making your scheduled therapy, meetings, appointments, or other treatment plans critical to your recovery goals.
Life Coaching
One on one life coaching. You can think of this as a personal fitness trainer for your recovery from alcoholism or substance abuse. With this you can ensure that you are getting the highest odds possible of achieving long term sobriety for you or your loved one. We offer:
